Minneapolis Lock & Key is looking to add an employee to our team who’s seeking a fulfilling job they genuinely enjoy. We currently have an opening in our Minneapolis retail shop.

The ideal candidate has a customer-first mentality and a drive to help the whole team reach its goals. We’re looking for someone who’s mechanically inclined, loves learning how things work, and finds satisfaction in repairing, restoring, and problem-solving rather than replacing.

If you have a curious mind, a love of old things, and an appreciation for the value of craftsmanship, you’ll fit right in. This job might also be perfect for you if you’ve ever been told you have patience for quirky people (we’ve got our share of lovable characters around here).

We’re looking for somebody hardworking, trustworthy, and reliable, with a learning mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit. Don’t worry if you don’t have lock or security experience — we’re happy to train the right person.

If you enjoy tinkering, solving puzzles, and helping people every day, come join a company that takes pride in what we do and the community we serve.
